Incorporation of a new company within vertical farming

The company's business idea is the development, sale and marketing of industrial plant factories and to build, own and operate such plant factories for the production and sale of various plant crops, as well as full or partial ownership in other companies with similar purposes.

The company's factory solutions shall be based on the principle of vertical farming, and use innovative solutions in robotics and renewable energy.

From the time of incorporation, the company has been working on the development of two concrete project opportunities in Norway; one plant factory at Harabakken in Innlandet, and another at Osterøy outside Bergen. 

Together, both factories will have a production capacity of several hundred tonnes of vegetables each year.
