EnergiUnion AS is an energy technology company that was established at the High Technology Center in Bergen in 1993.

It started as technical-economic consultancy provider to the power companies in Norway. Later, IT-applications and also heavier electrical equipment, such as power transformers and high-voltage switchgear, were included in the company's product portfolio.

Throughout the company's lifetime, EnergiUnion has been involved in establishing new innovative companies within the energy sector in Norway and internationally.

Today, EnergiUnion mainly operates as a holding company with ownership interests in various energy-related companies, in addition to performing consultancy services and participating in research and development projects.
